Privacy
Effective 2026-10-27.
signals.casa is a static website. It has no accounts on the public site, no forms, no comments and no ads, and it sets no cookies of its own on the public site. Its only measurement is Cloudflare Web Analytics, described below.
What is recorded when you visit
- Hosting logs. The site is served by Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages). Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical request data such as your IP address, browser user-agent, the page requested and the time, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare handles that data under its own privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics. Cloudflare adds a small script (from static.cloudflareinsights.com) to the pages that reports page loads and load times to Cloudflare, so the site's administrator can see aggregate visit counts. Cloudflare states that this analytics product does not use cookies or fingerprinting; see cloudflare.com/web-analytics. No other analytics or advertising tracker is used.
- The private section. A separate, invitation-only section sits behind Cloudflare Access. Signing in there sets an authentication cookie (CF_Authorization) for the session, and Cloudflare records each sign-in (the email address used, time and IP address) in a log visible to the site's administrator. Nobody can sign in unless they were invited; the public site never uses this cookie.
What is not collected
No personal information is asked for, sold or shared, and the public site does not identify visitors. The data shown on the site is about markets and the economy, drawn from public sources; it contains no information about visitors.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it.
