Nothing on it is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, an offer, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security or other financial product, and nothing is tailored to your circumstances. Do your own research and consult a qualified professional before making any financial decision.

## No warranty

The site is provided "as is". Figures come from third-party sources and automated jobs; they can be late, revised, incomplete or wrong, even though each one is labelled with its date and source and the build refuses to publish failed checks. Pennview Labs is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the site.

## Using the content
- **The writing and analysis** on signals.casa may be read, quoted, linked to and used for search indexing, as input to AI systems, and for AI training, with attribution to signals.casa.
- **Third-party data stays under its owners' terms.** Each figure names its source. Some sources permit reuse with a citation (for example Indeed Hiring Lab's data under CC BY 4.0); some do not permit reproduction at all, and those values are not published here. Check the source's own terms before reusing a figure.
- Automated access is welcome at a reasonable rate. The machine-readable files listed in [llms.txt](/llms.txt) are the efficient way to read the site.
